Fresh tomato and roasted garlic bruschetta


Easy as pie, fresh, delicious.

Start with some fresh bread, I sliced up a loaf of ciabatta.
Place bread on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh parsley.


Bake until just crusty.

Load it with roasted garlic, fresh tomato, fresh chopped basil and parsley.

Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
We built them as we ate them, it was so good we ate the whole platter and all the bread.
